First of all, sorry about the situation. Here is what I would attempt to do. Keep the watch. Have it serviced. Let the Dealer know just what you found out and if possible, get an affidavit or statement in writing from the SC and send it to him as proof. Ask him, that since the watch WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED, that he help pay for the service. Explain that service is a lot cheaper than a refund. If he responds positively, all well and good. If he refuses, then tell him that you will have no other choice than to post this situation as a "BAD DEAL" and if anyone wishes recommendations, you will have to respond negatively. Nothing is worse than bad word of mouth advertising. And if he still refuses, Oh, well-you've got a great watch out of it.
