Response to unpleasant experience buying a dive watch on the WEB...more

Most credit card companies have a policy that if the customer is not satisfied, and if the buyer has contacted the seller in good faith with no results, that the purchase may be "charged back" to the seller. That means you get your money back and may be able to keep the watch too. Call your bank and ask about their credit card policies on purchases. But do it quick, as there is a time frame that must be met. Good luck! P.S. The PLO is a great watch, mine is being serviced as I write this. Let me know if your service center has a new bezel and locking button, mine doesn't!
