Hi guys! Great forum! I've read a bunch of messages, and decided to post my question.

I'm a new diver. I live in the Sinai, Egypt and am fortunate to spend the next 8 months of free time diving the reefs of the Red Sea.

I'm looking for a combined watch and mini-dive computer. I've seen models advertised on the 'net and on eBay.

Is one of these combo watches sturdy enough for every day wear?

I saw a Citizen JP1024-05w, that I liked quite a bit, but at 450.00, it's kind of pricey for my budget. I'd like to stay in the 150-300 dollar range.

Stuff I consider important:
1. durable and a nice appearance (blue? :-), as it will be my primary watch (aside from my antique pocket watch).
2. depth gauge, and second gauge (or alarm) for max depth
3. water temp
4. data memory for 4-6 dives (minimum)

Nice to have:
2. more than 100 meter capability (I'm an advanced open water diver, I'll never be below that.)

"luxury" stuff:
1. underwater alarm
2. hands as opposed to all digital
3. PC interface

Am I asking for the world?? Thoughts, suggestions, comments?

Thanks,
Lawrence Bonkoski
