Most of the minis are just metal, as the ones that are plastic I usually scrathbuild or modify an existing mini with sheet styrene. Sheet Styrene is useful if you're at least an experienced model builder with a good imagination. I've built models my entire life, though only in the last five years have I begun to really take the time in the model building process to make them look good. There used to be a few other hobby stores online that shipped overseas, but I know the best one of them doesn't anymore. You might try the stores in Canis's Links page. Crazy Mage was the one that used to ship overseas but doesn't anymore. I say they're the best cause they gave the biggest discount and are among the faster e-hobby shops.
