Should GMA be doing all the work of her cabinet members, the Usecs, head of the agencies and all personnels employed under Malacanang for her to be a good president??

Should our AFP chief be doing all the work of its generals, colonels, majors and all soldiers, combatant & non-combatants for him to be a good Chief of Staff??? Can you imagine Chief of Staff Defensor fighting the Abu Sayaf in the jungles of Basilan and Jolo?? Or Defensor himself loading the AMMOs for the Logistics of the Army???

Of course it would be unimaginable! Every club, organization and government should work as a team. We are after all playing "wargames" with teamwork as the most essential and critical weapon. I say Individualism has no place in any group, better be a HERMIT then if it's the preference. We are all gifted with different talents and we should all share it in our own ways. That way the group will achieve better and faster. I would like to share with everyone something I once read and have always kept in mind: TEAMWORK DIVIDES THE EFFORT AND MULTIPLIES THE EFFECT.
