Maybe you can help. My husband & I took our dog "SAM" to the SPCA on December 1 because we sold our house and had to move to an apartment. After we got home we realized that we couldn't live without him and that we would find a house to live in while our house is being built. Well, we went back the next day and was told that he had been adopted. He is a beautiful black/silver akita They wont tell us anything. I don't know what to do. We are devastated and will pay $500.00 or more to get him back. Do you know anybody at SPCA that will at least call the new owners and tell them that we miss him very much and would do just about anything to get him back.
