Hi -
does anyone have any strong opinions about prong collars? I would like to have my dog wear something extra on-leash, as he weighs almost as much as I do, and is much stronger already. He is generally ok on-leash, BUT if he sees a cat or squirrel and catches me off-guard, we usually both go flying in pursuit.
I am training him to heel at home with a gentle leader, but don't like to take him in public with it on--people think it's a muzzle and get scared of my big dog.
