I have no idea if they have walmart where your at but i use maximum nutrition rice and lamb for my akita. she is eight months now. you can also get this in a puppy formula. I got this from my breeder and have been buying it ever since. I mix a cup of the dry food and a half can of pedigree can food. If still a young pup get the puppy formula in bag and can food. Another tip I got is to give the dog plain yogurt and low fat cottage cheese for snacks. I also give my pup baby carrots. they love them for teeth. dave.
