Colleen..... Interesting info! What is the difference between bloating and being overweight? My guess is that bloat is water weight, and being overweight is from fat. Is that a correct assumption? What I find fascinating is your findings that bloat is increasing in recent years not only in the large dog but other breeds as well. I'm curious as to what the reasoning is for that. I'm sure you must be too. Also, why would a vet prescribe prescription food that would further enhance a problem? If bloat is a factor, what is the solution for rectifying it? Thanks!
