I use ignoring with the sit command. I will tell mine to sit and ignore them intil they do what I commanded. When they jump up I push them off, give the sit command again and ignore them until they sit. Once they sit I give them attention and praise the heck out of them. This worked for me. May take a while so just be patient and stick to your guns. Hope this helps.
