Hello, IF the only reason you are getting rid of your dog is because he pees in the house, then I'm sorry, that's a lame-o excuse.
The peeing you describe, when wagging his tail, and all happy like......Is a sign of submission, in any dog. I would suggest that you take a more responsible route, and retrain him. I have trained many animals, from horses to pigs, using opperant conditioning. Works great, a commen method is clicker training. I suggest the book, DON'T SHOOT THE DOG. The author is Karyn Pryor, check out her website, do a search for clicker training, she offers many books and tools.
Sorry to sound so harsh, but animals are for life, and not disposable!
