If I did my calculations correctly, a 100# dog can eat 1# of milk chocolate and be well under the point of any problem. It should proportionately vary with a dog's weight, so you have to watch puppies closer. And I wouldnt want to tax an older dog's system or or a dog who isnt healthy to begin with, but a taste of a chocolate treat isnt the death sentence that some Nervous Nellies would have you think that it is!
