We have purposely selected a path that is "dog free", however, since we live in a residential neighborhood, other people are also walking their dogs. Of course, I would never intentionaly put the dog in danger, my question was simply what are the steps to take in the event that there is a stray dog on our path. Are you suggesting to keep it at bay with a sharp stick?
