Our akita has developed an odd habit of chewing on her paws. She likes to pull the hair out. It is leaving a few hairless patches. She doesn't have fleas, and her toenails are trimmed. Any ideas on why she is doing this? She has plenty of chew bones, etc., so that is not the problem. Has anyone encountered this particular problem with their akita? Thanks.
