I live in monticello, ga on 44 acres of land. I have been thinking of getting an akita, but need to know a few things first. I have 3 grandchildren and am wondering if an akita would be good around them. Are they known for turning on their owners and children like pit bull. Any information you can give me, I would appreciate.
