babies of bliss

December 18 2000 at 7:54 AM

We spilled into a youthful night,
carved with specks of glistening gloss
glancing off the glow of the stars, with warmth in our hearts
and hands in our pants.

My hardened edge, he rivaled mine,
though quickly did my own retreat.
His soldier, attentive and deft
claimed victory in this delicious defeat.

Crickets cursed impending dawn as sighs
created cresting melody. My scent of Gucci
mixed with his milk, his words whispered in
heavenly covers of silk.

So soon this tryst was left to thought
and yearnings for the next night like this,
as lust turns lavishly into love, both
bringing into the world beckoning babies of bliss.
