If thoughts could fly across the sea
You'd know how dear you are to me
Though I have yet to see your face
Within my heart you've won a place

And you are now my guiding light
To help me through the darkest night
In your arms I long to be
And know that you do cherish me

For lifes been rough and sad and blue
I only seek a love thats true
A love that we alone do share
