The problem at first is R6F9 which serially connect to the switching transformer before the Diode to provide +15V output is burnt.
I'm not sure its value and its size quite similar to 1/4W R, hence I tried to replace with 1 ohm 1/4w, while I power on the monitor without any signal from pc, its output measure at the secondary part of switching are 6.7V 210V 81V 15V 10V and -15V.
But whenever I turn on the PC the R6F9 suddenly burnt
Could anyone guide me how to do repair this and if anyone has this monitor schematic and could send it to me that would be appreciated.

I have the same problem with this unit(FE750) i have replaced this resistance approximately 10 to 20 times but it is burning again and again. I have used all the values like .33 ohm with 1 watt, with 2 watt and now i m using 5 watt resistance but its burning.
The time for burning this resistance is not exact, because some times it blew in a month and some times it blew in a day two times.
I have change the capacitor c6f1 , ic 401 also on this track
Now i m telling you that from which time this problem starts, before 3 months the resistance r556 in h-out section was blowing again and again, so i checked the whole chassis carefully and replace the fet Q552 so the problem was diagnosed and from that time to now that resistance is not blew again. But after a month of this the resistance R6F9 is blewing again and again.
I couldn't found any damaged part in the circuit but resistance......
Please help me as early as possible.

Dear sir.
i said in my previous mail that i have changed C6F1 and also the IC401 and breifly checked all the components regarding to this track but their is no success to diagnose the problem.
Please tell me what should i need to do for this problem.
I need an end solution of this problem because its very difficult to open the monitor daily and repair it.
Please and also tell me what is data for Q461 and Q464 and what is the exect replacement for these two transistors. Because these both are on the following track of the R6F9. Please Please Please Please tell me end solution for this problem.
AND IN THE END PLEASE SEND ME THE SCHEMETIC FOR THIS UNIT I THINK IT SHOULD BE HELPFUL TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM.

Loco, el monitor , cuando levanta el ohrizontal, se apaga la fuente, no se que mierda tiene, y preciso repararlo urgente, cambie la R6f9 y tambien q401 pero todo sigue igual.
