but it still burned out what could be the problem with my AOC monitor??

BU2522AX was a good substitute but try 2SC5148 and when it burns again then you must checked other components specially FBT.

2SC5148..I tried this as a substtitute for TT2076,which you specified for your last post,but it still burned,I tried checking the Flyback transformer,It was good,Is there a chance that it could be a capacitor or a resistor which shorted out after failure?.

There must be cold solder joints on the power supply section, specially on the bridge diode rectifier. Try that one
