HP D2828 No Display need help

Hi all
I have a HP D2828 SAME AS ACER 7254e.Problem G1 goes up
to -200v.Can anyone know whish component faulty.
any where to download service manual or forward to me
will be apprecited.

i have the 7254e schema , but no tip ...

in the 7254e bad solder near ic202 , problem was : close to an horizontal line intermitently ...
