compaq MV720

When I turn the monitor on it has a buzzing sound and the screen jitters. Upon removing the back I have located the part that is buzzing. Part number is dwt-44a1/ba 9C 092. Can anyone tell me what this part is and if it is something I can replace myself. Or does anyone have the schematic for this model.

Hi check the main bulk smoothing cap in the power supply.
