Hi, I have missing scan for about 1.5inch at the top of screen like the picture is separated and distorted a bit at the very top of tube. I have no schematic and there is no visual signs of damage. Can anyone help me as to were to look?

Thanks,
Al

Hi Rich, thanks for the tip but after replacing c409 the problem still exists. Do you happen to have schematic for this Model, Chassis #N9902.

Thanks,
Al

Following the previous messages, I replaced both c407 & c409 (while I was in there) and fixed the 3" vertical problem on the top of my Multisync95 Monitor.
