NEC JC-1745UMA XV17+ no high voltage

I've got one NEC JC-1745UMA that had only relay sound but no high voltage. The power supply was fine but there was no voltage to HOT. There was horizontal driver signal to HOT. B+ regulator J306 was fine but not work. Can somebody tell me what that could be.
