I have a HP P1499A with Bias colour adjustment out of alignment. could someone can advise me who to entre the factory mode and sent me a service manual will be appreciated.

Chances are it is done with DAS. This is software you have on your computer and a interface and lead that goes to the monitor. Dont ask for this on the internet, its costly and you wont find it, so if there are no manual controls, its controlled via an eprom and unless you fix those by the hundred this is not a fix for you.
