Hi

I'm about to give up here.. this transistor is everything that stands
between me & a (hopefully) working Gateway vx1100 21" monitor.

I cant seem to find it anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

et453 transistor is Si-npn Dar.
Replacement 2sd1073 or tip121

Thanks very much for the info.I have several Digital branded monitors with these controlling the pincussion adjustment.Bloody hard to get info on them.

Hello, i am in need of one of these transistors for a Mitsubishi diamond pro 2045u. I tried a 2SD1073 but this blew after 15 minutes.
I have tried many suppliers for the correct ET453, without success.
Does anyone have any old stock, or a scrap pcb with a good ET453 ?

Mitsubishi uk are no help whatsoever and arent interested in anything more than 3 years old.
