Dell P1110 Green Bias problem

Hi all,

Have a Dell P1110 monitor with a very strong green color to it, despite setting the green bias all the way down to zero (i.e. black colors still have a green tinge). The severity of the problem seems to change with scan frequency - the higher, the more greenish it is. The brightness of the pic also seems modulated by the scan frequency - as the horizontal frequency goes up, the screen gets brighter too (the unit has the 'too bright' problem, of which I've seen there is a simple resistor fix - will address that problem first).

Color balance seems to track however, and the red and blue bias and gain are normal.

I've gotten the schematic for this and have a DSO and DVM handy. Will probably start by looking at the 'green' waveforms starting at the input all the way to the green cathode drive, however I would really appreciate if anyone who may have some ideas or has encountered this kind of a problem before can offer some suggestions / pinpoint areas to look at.

Thanks very much!
