I was mug enough to buy an "Untested" NEC 1810 Multisync, & it has horizontal green bars, roughly one pixel wide, every 8 so pixels. Anyone got any ideas whats wrong with it or a circuit diadgram.

I have similar problems with 1810.
There is a board that drive lcd matrix with a chip kmc3625a with a condenser on surface.
If i to cool this chip two of my monitors work fine.
In one i have applied a fun and in this moment for four ours work fine.
This method is not a great solution but if is working fine is low expensive,otherwise you must buy this board(if you found it).
