Vizitron and Tiny/Mitac tft monitors

Can someone please help?
first af all i am trying to loacte schematics and parts for a 15" Vizitron tft Monitor (Model No: L-151) or failing that can someone tell me the part number for U702 on the mainboard which has blown apart on this unit.

Next is a 15" Tiny Monitor which i beleive to be made by Mitac which is completly dead (any idea's??)

Both of these Monitors have good screens so scrapping is not an option
