Help please! My monitor (18 inch LCD) goes occasionally black after few minutes operation (the green light stays on). Does someone know the problem or what to measure inside in order to establish if the problem is the lamp or the power supply?
Is there places in Canada (or US) where I can buy the lamp? I am assuming that repalcing the lamp is an normal task, but I never done it.
Thanks

According to my experience, you must replace all the lamps
on the LCD panel then can solve the problem,it either 2 or 4 lamps. Each lamp cost about US25.00 to 30.00.
