LG CB775CN picture very dark

Need help.The picture is very dark.Screen voltage is normal.Heater voltage is 6.3v .What can cause this problem.I tried to adjust the screen voltage but no effect.

check all and replace XX Mega ohm resistors in CRT card and replace all mylar cap near fbt
