I have a Dell Trintron Ultrascan P1110 (21") given to me by a freind. It has a manufacture date of 2000. Colours are great etc,starts up fine from cold start, just on my test CPU (works for any other monitor) I set the power settings in Win XP to turn off monitor after 10 minutes etc and after I move the mouse and want it to come out of standby, I hear it power up inside the monitor, light on front goes from amber to green, but stays black screen. Any ideas? I have 2 21" Hitachis I changed the tri colour chip in (as well as built in better heat syncs), so all I need is input on what to check. I will try another cable tonight, but cable works on anything else. I have a basic CPU to test with, S-verge cheapie video card, but never lets me down.
