HELP RICHARD B! Samsung 570s TFT

Hi Richard, it's been a while...
I need your hint/help with this Samsung LCD, please.
It works fine as long as I keep the contrast on maximum level (95-100%).
When I try to decrease the contrast, I get horizontal lines moving with variable speed depending on the contrast level.
Once I return the contrast to 100% everything is clear and beautiful (is pretty eye-straining to keep it on hi-contrast).
IMPORTANT ! This happens only on the video image not on the OSD. The OSD is unaffected by these lines and is crystal clear all the time.
Where should I look 'cause I'm clueless at this point...
Thank you in advance !

Check external 12V supply for ripple if OK then check internal supplies 5V & 3v3 rails for ripple.

Richard, thank you so much for the quick response.
The external 12V psu is fine.I'll work on the 5v and 3.3v rails.
I'll post the results, maybe someone else will come across the same problem.

Problem solved !
Thanks again for your support, Richard.
I found the problem within the 5v rail.....replaced a capacitor.
Cheers !
