I have a 19'' flat screen daytek monitor, and when I put power on, it just can't stop ticking (turno on/turn off)...I disconnected the monitor from the cpu and it still does it so it has no link with the cpu...I opened the monitor and seems like resistors R561/562/563/564/565/567/587/ etc burnt(not sure which one is burnt or not)

Why did this happen, and is it worth fixing it, or am I better to buy a new one!!?

Thx in advance

PS.I'm really not good in monitor repairing!
