i have a sony E200 that makes chirping noise (like a bird )i found 2 licky capacitor (C575 and C524)i changed them and it did not fix the problem. i found the Q503 is shorted. i checked other components and they are all fine. i replaced Q503, but it is still shorted after 5 second. can anyone please tell me which otehr component i should check? please?? or if you haqve any documentation like service manual (i have schematics).

Did you check Q510 and C524.

yes i did change the C524 since it was badly licky. i checked the Q510 but it is normal. i also checked D509. when i remove the Q503 from circuit all the voltages are normal, like 180V, etc.. but as soon as i replace the shorted Q503 with a new one it goes agter 5 second. what causes the Q503 to get shorted?
