Out of sinc CPD-520

At HP 1110 (Sony CPD-520 SCC-L04 chassis N3)
I have no hor. sinc at 640x480 and 800x600 modes.
At highter resolution works ok.
IC007=CXA2043, IC010=CXA2044 was repl., no result.
Any idea?
