I have a Sony CRT GDM-20se1 21" monitor, when you try to turn it on the green light comes on then you hear a few clicks and the light turns off, then it tries again and again it turns off. The only way to stop it is be pulling out the power. I have a basic electronic knowledge, if anyone knows what might be the cause of this problem please reply. I have the circuit diagram if it involves certain components, thanks in advance.
