Does anyone know where to source a SEC-2S0680 from the power supply of a Compaq V500? An internet search pulls up no results in English that are of help.

Do you know at what frequency the 2s0680 works(i measured only 4KHz), because I have a problem and I don't know what is dameged in the monitors source.
I have no voltage in the secondary part of the transformer, in the electrical source.
