Hi, I ahave a problem with my Sony CPD-E400 monitor. When I powered it the green led open, I hear a sound of static but the screen stay black.
Is someone already had this problem ?
The test point (in the service manual) 2 and 3 of the D board are 0V. There are no 200v, no 12V and just the stdby 5V are there.
Voltage on Vctrl of IC603 is 0V.
Is someone can help me to found what is wrong ?
