I've got several Dell M992 with same problem.
Out of focus in the center of display.
when try to adjust it from the FBT in center looks good but in corners is very bad.
What can I do ?

I don't know what exactly problem with your Dell M992 Monitor.

This Model is Probally problem with many ways .

Look i tell you some settings if it could good graphic and may become good and nice result. sorry for my english.

First you should to go on desktop and get color properties.
display setting should be
1024 x 768
Then Click on ( ADVANCE)
And Select Monitor
Keep Screen Refresh Rate
85 Htz
........................
maybe it could be solve your problem ..
if it's not work to sorry for say you should to change monitor because it's hardware problem and Long detail for electronics Component .
If you know little abt Electronics the focus could be set on Monitor Picture Tube and There is a Varible to ajust Focus and many varibles you can see there for more other purposes.
But my Advice don't open monitor cover it could set only electronic person.

Hi this is a dynamic Focus problem.

Dynamic Focus adjusts the Focus voltage depending where the the beam is on the screen.

The problem may be in the dynamic Focus circuit or where the signal is taken from.
