I have a viewsonic P810 monitor that I got for nothing. When you power it up it flashed the power light on an off at first. Then when I tried it while pressing some of the other buttons the light just stays on now. When I press the power button off, the power light takes about 20 seconds before it goes out. The monitor doesn't even make a sound, just a black screen. What could it be. Does it need to be plugged into a computer first in order for it to fire up
