I have a problem with a monitor Optiquest Model no;VCDTS21375-1M(FCC ID-GSS15016)
Hot is running very hot at the collector of this transistor and at the flyback pin no.8 there is 88V that I assume is too much.
I changed Q808-IRFS630 and IC1002-3843 BUT
the problem remained.
And another strange problem is that when I
remove the signal cable from the CPU the voltage goes more high and the HOT goes immidiately to short...CAN HELP ME SOME ONE?
AND IF ANY ONE HAVE THE SCHEMATIC PLEASE SEND ME THANKS IN ADVANCE...

replace snubber capacitor which is hooked to collector of HOT
resolder horz. drive transformer
replace horz. drive transistor.
replace decoupling cap,hooked to horz driver VCC pin
check the FET in the stepdown power supply if it has a stepdown.
check electrolic cap of the VCC PIN OF HORZ OSCILLATOR IC.
