KDS XF-70 and burned components

Hi everyone. I have a problem with my KDS XF-70. It won't power on anymore, and I hear a slight clicking noise when it is plugged in. I took apart the monitor and discovered that R312 was burned beyond recognition. D815 appears to have gotten very hot (the board is scorched), but still seems to be in working condition. What is the value for R312?

I determined that the clicking noise was coming from RL501. Would the fact that R312 was burnt out cause R501 to fail to engage properly? Or is there some other problem, do you think?

I would greatly appreciate any help. I can't afford to buy another monitor, so it would be great if I could fix this one.
