monitor has no display - stays blank - green light blinks as if it is in sleep mode - no noise at any time

CTX monitor

I have this CTX 1785GM monitor, does exactly the same, leds blinking, blank screen, no noise. It happened after pressing "degauss" button. If you get to know any tips, please let me know.
