ViewPoint VP1570VA HOT goes bad after a few months

About 2 months ago I replace the HOT transistor of this monitor.

Now It has blown again.

I know that there are some capacitors arround that could make HOT go short if they are bad.

Can someone help me to identify the possible bad capacitors and a way to verify them?
