What is the problem? This is Sony N3 chassis - #1 failure is IC007 CXA2043Q - results in many deflection-related problems, among others.

Thanks for Your reply.
But it has nothing to do with this IC i believe.
It has a power up problem.
My unit do not power on properly.
What i need is service manual for the monitor.
