Help, I have a P202 and the keystone won't go far enough

Hello all. I'm very new to monitor repair so I was wondering if anyone might be interested in helping me out. I got a p202 for free but it has some (hopefully minor) display problems. When I hit the default button, the vertical edges are in full keystone shape and when I try to manually adjust the keystone and pincushion adjustments, I still end up with an hourglass shape with the bottom horozontal slightly wider than the top.
ANY help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Howard

The P202 is a Sony N3 chassis, and the most common fault is failure of IC007 CXA2043Q, resulting in many deflection-related problems such as yours. Search this group for CXA2043Q and you will find many posts about this.
