EIZO MA 2190 Bleeding of image

I've got 4 of these monitors. They are all displaying the same problem.
Lets say I put a black square on a white background on the screen, the image bleeds to the right. Not very much, it's just a faint shadow and it fades away quickly from the edge of the square. Text etc also bleeds.
Can anyone help or guide me as to how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Check the heater voltage and any caps on video HT rail.

I don't have any layouts or specs (but can get myself around most of the pcb and circuitry), do you know what the heater voltage should be? Thanks.
