Need help in my Avixe L17AX 17" LCD monitor.

A lot of horizontal lines in the screen. These lines can be
anywhere (see picture attached). Tested the computer with other
LCD monitor... no such problem (i.e display card is ok).

Anyone has idea what problem would be??

This is most likely a dried up surface mount electrolytic in the signal path.
