Hi the 2sc5224A =
20A 1600V 200W storage time is 1.5uS and turn off is 0.12uS
The 2SC5129 =
10A 1500V 50W storage time is 2.5uS and turn off is 0.15uS
The BU908 =
5A 1500V 45W storage time is 3.7uS and turn off is 0.3uS.
I think you must be joking.

Rihard , 2sc5244a has Usat<3V . It is a problemm.
J6820 == FJAF6820 is equwalent or Replacement.
