Fuse question for the experts! Please help!

Hey guys!

I'm relatively new to monitor repair, and i had a quick question. I have a Dell E151FP flat screen that had recently stopped working, showing no response from the power switch. I opened it up and scanned for any damage on the board, and found the fuse which appeared to be worn. I want to replace the fuse and see if that was the problem. Now the question i have is,

The text next the fuse reads:

F601
T2AH/250V

From what I understand, that is a 2 Amp 250 Volt fuse, can i use any 2amp/250v slow-blow fuse to replace it? Or something more specific?

And just because it peaked my curiosity what do the T and H mean in T2AH?

Thanks in advance guys, i'll let you know how it all works out
Mike

I read the post about the dell monitor and I am having the same problem. The power cable is fine and the connection from the monitor to the modem is correctly installed, however, nothing appears on the monitor. Well I'm no computer tech but my curiosity got the best of me and I opened the monitor. I was thinking the same thing about the T2AH/250V fuse when I seen the condition it was in. Would you happen to know where I could possibly get a replacement part? I was trying to take out the fuse but had problems with it. Could it be taken out? Help PLEASE!!!
